Jeff graduated from Gannon University 1991 with a BA in Social Science. Jeff has worked with Erie City youth since 1986 in programs such ErieBoy's and Girls Club, Upward Bound, Erie School District and as a teacher for Perseus House Alternative Education since 1999. Jeff enjoys history, martial arts, fishing and Chesapeake Bay Retrievers.
