Jamelia Kirkland joined the Charter School of Excellence in May of 2024 as Workforce Program Facilitator. Born in Alabama and raised in Erie, Miss Kirkland has a long history of mission-driven work, including being Supervisor at the Florence Crittenton Home, Assistant Supervisor for Perseus House's Shelter, and Assistant Supervisor at CICTP. Miss Kirkland brings her positivity and high energy to the workforce program, helping to engender transferrable workplace skills in all her students.
